We recently had the pleasure of working with Joanna on the purchase of window treatments for our home. We were changing out four windows from the original shades that had been in the house for over twenty years. A friend had just updated her kitchen and told us to go to Home Depot if we wanted the same kind of blinds. I went to Home Depot and was told our living room window, which is 95 x 58, would cost in the neighborhood of four hundred dollars for a custom cut shade. That didn’t sound very good to me so we came out to Lacey showroom and looked at a much larger variety of brands, colors, and options. Joanna gave us a worksheet to use to measure up our project and we took sample colors and the worksheet home with us. After making a decision and measuring the windows, we went back and met with Joanna. She worked up the price for each window, as we weren’t sure we could do all four based on the pricing we had received at HD. The cost for the four windows was just over six hundred dollars. The savings, based on HD prices, was close to one thousand dollars. And, we had a much larger choice of vendors. The icing on the cake, is the absolutely marvelous personal help from your staff. I doubt that anyone could do better then they do. Once again you had proven to us that we made a wise investment in purchasing a membership to DirectBuy.
