I have been a member since about 2001, and have moved to Florida. I have purchased many items form DirectBuy and had to depend on your people. I must say I have had the best assistance from Karl in the warehouse. He has made my deliveries possible, and has always been willing to help me make a pick up happen and has also helped me get a delivery service when needed. We have a great relationship and has made my buying experience easier and much more fun. Thank you for having such a good employee.

I received a phone call form you advising me that the mattress was in far in advance from the rest of the furniture. I called Karl and he was so nice to me! Telling me it will be his pleasure to hold it for me until the rest of the order comes in. Then I received the 2nd call stating the rest of the order was in 3 weeks after the mattress. I was so stressed out because I knew I had to go up to NY again as my son was just hospitalized. When I called again I apologized to Karl who was very understanding and nice A TRUE GENTLEMAN. He assured me he'd hold it for me until I come back. I was so pleased of this excellent customer service that I just had to let you know. He is a true ASSET to your company. Please find more like him.

The warehouse is in much better shape. The service was great before but the employee was always alone. The service has improved, pleasant, professional and respectful.

When we visited the warehouse, we were treated very well. we were guided to the loading dock, asked to inspect the order and had it loaded for us. Jerry was VERY pleasant, respectful and helpful.

I can't read or write! My wife is responsible for everything! During our shopping time at DirectBuy, we had an outstanding young lady to assist us in locating the products that we were searching for but could not find. Every time I come through the door. I'm greeted with a smile and the staff knows me by name. They all go out of their way to assist and direct me to whatever products I'm looking for. For any of our family and friends who have major remodel jobs or several large purchases, I always recommend DirectBuy. I wish we would have belonged to DirectBuy when we purchased the Cambria for our kitchen countertops. The savings for that one product alone would have paid for our initial membership. DirectBuy has saved us a bunch over these last few years.
