Each year, DirectBuy uses a number of criteria to select the top showroom for customer service – The Service Center of the Year.  At the 2008 Sales & Service Conference, DirectBuy of Minneapolis was honored with The Service Center of the Year Award, and DirectBuy of Suffolk County was named the runner up for this distinction.

One of the benchmarks DirectBuy uses to determine performance in customer service is a survey conducted by one of the nation's premier market research companies, Leo J. Shapiro & Associates. At the 2008 Sales & Service Conference, DirectBuy also honored the top rated customer service showrooms from the Shapiro survey - DirectBuy of South Orange County and DirectBuy of Orlando South (not pictured).
